Welcome to Connie's
website! Connie has been "on stage" for almost her whole life. In
her teens she won numerous "best actress" awards, and performed at The Alley Theatre, in Houston, Texas. She went to Northwestern
University, in Evanston, Il, where she received her undergrad and Masters Degrees, in Theatre Arts. Her professional theatre
career began at the Goodman Theatre, in Chicago. The "Reviews and Notices" page shows reviews of Connie's theatrical and film
work, from 1972 through the present. Connie's first film experience was for director, Phil Alden Robinson, in "Field of
Dreams" (1987), with Kevin Costner and Amy Madigan. Connie's scene was cut from the original, but, Robinson included the
deleted scene in the anniversary edition DVD. Since 1987, Connie has divided her time between stage and screen. Connie
Cooper is an excellent acting coach, and is available for private coaching. She will be traveling to Houston, occasionally,
